Episode 3. Thailand

The Kingdom of Thailand, commonly known as Thailand and formerly known as Siam, is a constitutional monarchy in Southeast Asia, with its largest city Bangkok as the capital. Thailand is located in the center of the Indochinese Peninsula, bordered by the Gulf of Thailand and Malaysia to the south, Laos and Cambodia to the east, and Myanmar and the Andaman Sea to the west, with an area of 513,000 square kilometers and a population of nearly 70 million. Starting in the 11th century, Tai peoples migrated to mainland Southeast Asia from present-day southwestern China.
